Subparagraph ~f} of Section 3.015 of the Eugene Code, 1971, <br />i s amended to provide <br />3.015 Business Licenses -Administrative Powers of the City Manager <br />ar Designee. The city manager shall have the authority to approve <br />rules under section 2.019 and administrative orders under section 2.020 <br />concerns ng the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
