Section 3. Notwithstanding any relevant provisions of the Eugene Charter of 197 <br />or Eugene Code, 1971 concerning the effective date of ordinances, the Metro Plan urban <br />growth boundary amendment and plan diagram designation provided for herein shall not <br />become effective until identical amendments have been adopted by Lane County and the <br />City of Springfield. <br />Section 4. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this <br />ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitional by any court of competent <br />jurisdiction, that portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct, and independent provision <br />and that holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />~~day of 1993 <br />~-~. <br />City Recor er <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />~p day of 1993 <br />Mayor <br />
