ORDINANCE N0. ~ ~ ~dZ.~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ELECTING TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUE SHARING <br />FUNDS PURSUANT TO SECTION 221.110 OF OREGON REVISED <br />STATUTES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City of Eugene, Oregon, for the fiscal year ending June <br />30, 1994, elects to receive distribution of funds from State Revenue Sharing <br />pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.170. <br />Section 2. The Finance Director is hereby directed to file a cagy of this <br />Ordinance with the Executive Department of the State of Oregon as prescribed <br />by Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.770. <br />Section 3. Because election to receive State Revenue Sharing funds far <br />the fiscal ,year ending June 30, 1994 is required by law tv be made by the <br />City Counc~i by enactment of an ordinance and filed with the Executive De- <br />partment of the State of Oregon, it is necessary for the welfare of the City <br />of Eugene that said filing be made without de]ay, and an emergency is hereby <br />declared tv exist and this Ordinance sha11 take effect and be in full farce <br />from and after its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />21st day of June, 1993 <br />City Recorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />21st day of June, 1993 <br />Mayor <br />cebdoas <br />CCD62406 <br />
