ORDINANCE NO. ~'9a~ <br />AN oRD~vANCE coNCERNING T~ AC~UISrr~oN of <br />PROPERTY INTERESTS ALONG 11TH A NEST <br />FRoM GARFIELD STREET To TYINN STREET; <br />ING SCHEDULE A of oRDINANCE No. 19581; <br />AND DECI~ARIN~G AN EMERGENCY. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene bads that: <br />Ordinance Na.19581 authorizing the institution of proceedings in eminent domain <br />for the acquisition of property interests along 11th Avenue West from Garfield Street to <br />Tyinn Street was passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor on actvber 12, <br />1992. <br />Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 19581 contained a description of the parcels, or portions <br />thereof, the acquisition of which were determined necessary by the City in order to construct <br />the improvements as descr~~bed therein. <br />City staff has advised that several parcels of property which are necessary for <br />construction of the improvements to 11th Avenue West were erroneously omitted from <br />Schedule A to Ordinance No. 19881. That Schedule should therefore be amended to reflect <br />the necessity of acquisition of portions of those parcels. <br />Now, therefore, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Based upon the above bndings, which are adapted herein, Exlu~it A to <br />Crdinance No. 19851 is amended by adding thereto the property interests reflected in <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Ordinance ~ 1 <br />
