The territory in Lane County, Gregor, annexed to the City of Eugene on <br />April 16, 1993 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission <br />dated May 3,1993, as boarded and descr~~ed as follows: <br />Tax Lot 200, Assessor's Map 17-04-13 2 3, located in the River Road area <br />on the north side of Owosso Drive, south of Beltline Road, east of River <br />Road, and more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. (Jaramlllo, EC EU 93.27). <br />Is hereby withdrawn from the River Rvad Water District and River Road Parks & <br />Recreation District, effective July 1,1994. <br />Section 5. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on <br />May 17, 1993 by Final Order No. 963 of the Lane County Local Government Boundary <br />Commiission dated Apri11,1993, as bounded and descn~ed as follows: <br />''Tax Lots 3500, 3700, 3800, and 39ao Assessor's Map 17-04-10 0 0, located in <br />the Santa Clara area east of the Northwest Expressway between Beltline Road <br />and Irving Road, and more particularly described on Exhibit E attached <br />hereto and Incorporated herein by reference, ~Fvre-Ward Investments, C EU <br />93-20). <br />is hereby withdrawn from the Santa Clara Water District and Junction City Water Control <br />District, effective July 1,1994. <br />Section b. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on <br />June 14,1993 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated <br />July 1,1993, as bounded and described as follows: <br />Tax Lot 2500, Assessor's Map 18-03-0312, located In the Glenwood area, on <br />the earth side of 22nd Avenue and the west side of Harrison Street, and more <br />particularly described on Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference. (Maynier, EC EU 93-40). <br />is hereby withdrawn from the Glenwood Water District and Willamalane Park & Recreation <br />District, effective July 1,1994. <br />Section 7.
