ORDINANCE NO. ~~y s <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FUR WITHDRAWAL OF TERRITORIES <br />~TOMBLESON, EC EU 93-58; AND VAUGHAN, EC EU 93-67} FROM THE <br />RIVER ROAD WATER DISTRICT AND RIVER ROAD PARK AND <br />RECREATION DISTRICT; AND WITHDRAWAL OF TERRITORIES <br />~AYRES, C ~ EU 93-54; BEACON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, C EU <br />93-55; LEE~CHAMBERSIEUGENE SAND & GRAVEL, C EU 93-5b; <br />BREEDEN LAND COMPANY, C EU 93-72; HAGEN, C EU 93-GS, AND <br />BROWN, EC EU 94-1) FROM THE SANTA CLARA WATER DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene by Resolution No. 4441 adopted January 31, <br />1994, proposed; <br />~a} Withdrawal from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks <br />& Recreation District the parts of the Districts annexed to the City on Gctober 18, <br />1993 by Notice dated Dctober 22, 1993 of the bane County Local Government <br />Boundary Commission; and on November 23, 1993 by Notice dated December 3, <br />1993 of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission; <br />fib} Withdrawal from the Santa Clara Water District the parts of the <br />District annexed to the City on November 22, 1993 by Final Drder No. 979 of the <br />Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated October 7, 1993; on <br />November 22,1993 by Final Grder No. 980 of the Lane County Local Government <br />Boundary Commission dated Dctober 7,1993; on November 22,1993 by Final Order <br />No. 981 of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated Dctober <br />7, 1993; on January 18, 1994 by Final Grder No. 991 of the Lane County Local <br />Government Boundary Commission dated December 2, 1993; on January 18, 1994 <br />by Final Grder No. 987 of the Lane County Local Government Boundary <br />Commission dated December 2, 1993; and on January 4, 1994 by Notice dated <br />January 7, 1994 of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission, <br />all as hereinafter more particularly described. <br />The Resolution set February 14, 1994, at 7:34 P.M., Pacific Time, in the Council <br />Chambers, City Hall, in Eugene, Dregon, as the time and place for hearing objections to the <br />withdrawals, and directed that notice of the time and place of the hearing be published once <br />each week for two consecutive weeks prior to the hearing and be pasted in four public <br />places in the City for the same period. <br />The Notice has been so published in the Register Guard and posted in four public <br />places in the City of Eugene, Gregan. <br />Ordinance -1 <br />
