Tax Lot #18-0402-~ 3-00800 is 32,400 square feet in size and currently is <br />partially developed with a large single family home. The parcel can be further partitioned <br />and is currently serviced by a private service line extended from the UVoodtique <br />Condominium development. The private line is now being abandoned and a connection <br />
