14. Amend Policy 2 on page 49 to reflect broader use of site review as follows: <br />2. Change the zoning in the Skinner Butte Mixed Use Area...Apply SR Site Review <br />subdistrict to aII properfiy zoned MtJ-VV whiteaker Mixed Use which abuts or is <br />across the alley from property in the East Skinner Butte Historic District. <br />Bike Lanes on Blair <br />15. Amend Implementation Strategy $.1 on page 58 to delete suggestion of adding bike lanes <br />on Blair Boulevard. Amend as follows: <br />8.1 At the time Blair Boulevard is reconstructed, install bike lanes along the following <br />street: ~s: a}Blair Boulevard between 2nd Avenue and 8th Avenue and, b}] Znd <br />Avenue between Blair Boulevard and Chambers Street. At the time Blair <br />Boulevard is reconstructed, also sign as a bike route and remove on-street parking <br />from one side of the street to allow wider shared travel lanes: a} Van Buren from <br />Blair Boulevard] Second Avenue to First Avenue, and b) Znd Avenue between <br />Blair Boulevard and Van Buren, <br />16. Amend the Bikeway System Improvements map on page bZ to reflect the revisions to <br />Strategy 8.1. Refer to revised map attached.} <br />Ex~ans~on of Skinner Butte Park <br />17. Add a new Policy 14 on page 78 to expand Skinner Butte Park. Move and reword the <br />related strategies on page 50 to accompany the new park Policy. Add the following text: <br />14. Expand Skinner Butte Park in order to facilitate use and enjoyment of the <br />Shelton-McMurphey House and to protect the lower slopes from. further <br />erosion by retaining significant vegetation. <br />14.1 Continue to pursue acquisition of the vacant wooded portion of the <br />Ya-Po-Ah Terrace property, south of the Shelton-McMurphey <br />House for public open space and retention of as much of the <br />wooded area as possible. <br />14.2 Examine City acquisition of the vacant parcels on the northeastern <br />edge of Skinner Butte Park for public open space and retention of <br />the urban forest. <br />Blair Mixed Use Area <br />18.
