ORDINANCE NO. ~~~q~ An ordinance vacating portions of the following described streets, to-wit: Tax hots 103,13$,139, and 142, Assessor's Map 17-03-17-21, located east of gilham Road between Elkhorn Drive and Honeywood Street, consistin of an . g un~mprov~d half street public right-of-way, extending from Grlham Road east approximately 44o feet to the west right-of-way of Elkhorn Raad, and more particularly described in Exhibit A hereto. Paradise Development Co, SV 94- 002} . on the 24th day of october,1994, the City Council of the City of Eugene b Motion Y duly passed, called a public hearing to be held at 7:30 .m., Pacific Time on the 14th da of p y November, 1994, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the ro osed vacation of ortio p p p ns of the above described streets. Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and lace the p Council heard all objections to the proposed vacation. All persons owning property abutting the portions of the streets to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FQLLO~VS: Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as by law required, and no valid objections were made at the hearing or filed, The consent of the owners of the abutting pro er has been P tY duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and the public interest will not be re'udiced b pJ Y the vacation of portions of the streets.
