ORDINANCE NO. ~~~q~ <br />An ordinance vacating portions of the following described streets, to-wit: <br />Tax hots 103,13$,139, and 142, Assessor's Map 17-03-17-21, located east of <br />gilham Road between Elkhorn Drive and Honeywood Street, consistin of an <br />. g <br />un~mprov~d half street public right-of-way, extending from Grlham Road east <br />approximately 44o feet to the west right-of-way of Elkhorn Raad, and more <br />particularly described in Exhibit A hereto. Paradise Development Co, SV 94- <br />002} . <br />on the 24th day of october,1994, the City Council of the City of Eugene b Motion <br />Y <br />duly passed, called a public hearing to be held at 7:30 .m., Pacific Time on the 14th da of <br />p y <br />November, 1994, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, at which time and <br />place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the ro osed vacation of ortio <br />p p p ns of <br />the above described streets. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and lace the <br />p <br />Council heard all objections to the proposed vacation. <br />All persons owning property abutting the portions of the streets to be vacated have <br />consented to the vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FQLLO~VS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice <br />of the hearing was published and posted as by law required, and no valid objections were <br />made at the hearing or filed, The consent of the owners of the abutting pro er has been <br />P tY <br />duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and the public interest will not be re'udiced b <br />pJ Y <br />the vacation of portions of the streets. <br />Section 2.
