Section 3. Notwithstanding ECSubsections 4.6SO~2~ and 4.5153} a erson ma cam <br />P y P <br />~n one of the sites designated under Section 2 of this ordinance, provided that the erson <br />. P <br />complies wrth any rules adopted under Section 2. No person may camp within the Alton <br />Baker parking area except in one of the sites, and only if assigned the site ursuant to the <br />P <br />rules to be adopted by the City Manager, Violation of this ordinance ar the rules ado ted <br />P <br />hereunder shall be deemed a v~olat~on of EC 4.515~3~, punishable under EC Section 4.995. <br />Section 4. The authority granted under this ordinance shall terminate as of 12:00 <br />noon on May 31, 1995, unless the City Manager extends the termination date for u to an <br />.. P <br />add~t~onal ten days, ~n which case the authority shall terminate not later than 12:00 o'clock <br />roan on June 1,1995. 1n na event shall a person camp at any of the designated sites after <br />the authority terminates. <br />Section 5. This ordinance automatically shall be repealed on June 10,1995. <br />Section 6.
