Section 3. Notwithstanding ECSubsections 4.6SO~2~ and 4.5153} a erson ma cam P y P ~n one of the sites designated under Section 2 of this ordinance, provided that the erson . No person may camp within the Alton Baker parking area except in one of the sites, and only if assigned the site ursuant to the P rules to be adopted by the City Manager, Violation of this ordinance ar the rules ado ted P hereunder shall be deemed a v~olat~on of EC 4.515~3~, punishable under EC Section 4.995. Section 4. The authority granted under this ordinance shall terminate as of 12:00 noon on May 31, 1995, unless the City Manager extends the termination date for u to an .. P add~t~onal ten days, ~n which case the authority shall terminate not later than 12:00 o'clock roan on June 1,1995. 1n na event shall a person camp at any of the designated sites after the authority terminates. Section 5. This ordinance automatically shall be repealed on June 10,1995. Section 6.
