Based upon the written record and testimony at the public hearings, the <br />proposed amendment is found to be consistent with the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan <br />Area General Plan, the Eugene Commercial Lands Study, the unamended portions of the <br />Bethel-Danebo Refinement Plan, and Goal 9. <br />7. The proposed amendment will not affect the overall land use allocations in the <br />Metropolitan Area General Plan or the Bethel-Danebo Refinement Plan. <br />NqW, THEREFgRE, <br />THE CITY qF EUGENE DOES gRDAIN A5 FQLLgwS: <br />Section 1.
