Notwithstanding <br />the prev~ ous sentence, dens ~ ty units far CIR projects authorized by sections <br />9.354 and 9.3.5613} shall not exceed lsmits in subsection ~1}~a}4. of this <br />section . <br />~ a} A roved Densit . The number of dwell i ng units allowed <br />shall be determs ned i n connection with tentative p1 ans and i n <br />accordance with the standards set forth i n this ordinance. <br />~ b} Easement Calculations . Density calculations may i ncl ude <br />areas ~ n easements ~ f the appl ~ cant clearly demonstrates that those <br />areas wi 1 i benefit residents of the proposed planned un i t <br />development. <br />~c} Dedications.
