For uses subject to site <br />review approval , performance contracts wi 11 be required i n accordance with <br />section 9.fi94. Subparagraph 9.268~a} of the Eugene Code, 1911, is amended, and <br />new Subparagraphs ~h~ and ~i } are added thereto, to provide: <br />9.268 Establishment and Desi nation of Use Districts and Sub-Districts. <br />In order to classify, regulate, restrict and segregate the uses of <br />lands and buildings, to regulate and restrict the height and size of buildings, <br />to regulate the area of yards and other open spaces about bui 1 di ngs, and to <br />regulate the density of population, the fol 1 owi ng c1 asses of use districts and <br />sub-districts are established: <br />~a} Use districts. <br />AG Agricultural district. <br />RA Suburban residential district. <br />R-1 low density residential district. <br />R-2 limited multiple family residential district. <br />R-3 Multiple family residential district. <br />R-4 High rise multiple family residential district. <br />C-1 Neighborhood commercial district. <br />C-2 General commercial district. <br />C-3 Major commercial di stri c~t. <br />ordinance - 18 <br />
