For inventoried sites that recei ved a Wi 1 dl i fe <br />Habitat Rating of greater than 60 in the Metropolitan Natural <br />Res0urces Inventory Lev, I990} and sites designated as high value <br />wetlands i n the wetland buffer pravi si ans of this code, noise <br />generated by uses within the NR district and the wetland buffer sub- <br />district has measured at the wetland boundary} and within the <br />waterside protection sub-district has measured at the top of the <br />high bank} shall not exceed the standards for residential properties <br />specified in section 9.644. <br />~o} Stream and channel crossin s. Bridges or ether <br />structures that cross water features must be constructed so that <br />water f 1 ow, vegetation growth and movement of aquatic animals and <br />water dependent wildlife are impeded to the least extent practical. <br />To meet this standard, bridges and crossings shall include, but are <br />not limited to, applicable items from the following list: <br />I. Crossings must. utilize bridges or natural <br />substrate culverts where passible. <br />2. Cut verts must not substantially increase or <br />decrease water depth or flaw rate conditions. <br />3.
