Section 9.126 is added to the Eugene Code, 1911, to provide: <br />9.126 Conditional Use Permits within the Natural Resource District ar <br />Wetland Buffer Subdistrict. <br />~ 1 } Pur ose. Applications for <br />coed i t i anal use permits within the Natural Resource District or Wetland Buffer <br />Subdistrict shall be processed and scheduled for public hearings in the same <br />manner as other conditional use permit applications, except that natural <br />resources special standards fib} ~thraugh fit} listed in section 9.305 shall be <br />considered as additional criteria along with the criteria listed in section <br />9.702. <br />~3} Contract. The conditions and design requirements established <br />by the hearings official for conditional use permits granted within the Natural <br />Resources District or the Wetland Buffer Subdistrict shall be incorporated in a <br />contract between the city and the app1 i cant. ~ . <br />~4} A eals. The applicant, or any interested party, may appeal <br />the decision of the hearings official i n the same manner as appeals from actions <br />of the hearings official for other conditional use permits. <br />Section 9.
