Applications for coed i t i anal use permits within the Natural Resource District or Wetland Buffer Subdistrict shall be processed and scheduled for public hearings in the same manner as other conditional use permit applications, except that natural resources special standards fib} ~thraugh fit} listed in section 9.305 shall be considered as additional criteria along with the criteria listed in section 9.702. ~3} Contract. The conditions and design requirements established by the hearings official for conditional use permits granted within the Natural Resources District or the Wetland Buffer Subdistrict shall be incorporated in a contract between the city and the app1 i cant. ~ . ~4} A eals. The applicant, or any interested party, may appeal the decision of the hearings official i n the same manner as appeals from actions of the hearings official for other conditional use permits. Section 9. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City Attorney, may administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein.
