recommends approval of the proposed calculation of the price per unit for the sanitary sewer <br />lateral and service lines. <br />The Hearings 4ff~cial also recommends approval of the calculation of proposed assessments as <br />set forth in the Notice of Proposed Final Assessment, except for the modifications set forth <br />above and summarized below: <br />1. Delay the proposed assessment of tax lot 17-04-42-12-00102, owned by Eldon <br />and Sallie Walker until such time as the property is developed vacant property, <br />not annexed} . <br />The Hearings Official also finds that the project is one for which the assessments are for local <br />improvement as set forth in qRS 310.410 because: <br />1. The assessments do not exceed actual costs; <br />2.
