<br />The City Council of the City of Eugene by Resolution 4465 adopted October Z3, 1995,
<br />proposed:
<br />~a} Withdrawal from the River Raad Water District and River Road Parks &
<br />Recreation Districts the parts of the Districts annexed to the City on March 24, 1995 by
<br />Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated March 28,1995;
<br />on March 27,1995 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission
<br />dated March 28,1995; on January 24, 1995 by Notice of the Lane County Local Boundary
<br />Commission dated February 21,1995; on April 3,1995 by Notice of the Lane County Local
<br />Boundary Commission dated April 6,1995; on April 7,1995 by Notice of the Lane County
<br />Local Boundary Commission dated May 3,1995; on May 17, 1995 by Notice of the Lane
