C~NCLUSIQN <br />The above analysis shows that the decision to amend the text and map for the Barger-Beltline <br />development node in the adopted Bethel-Danebo Refinement Plan to allow an increase from 5 <br />acres to 15 acres for commercial use is consistent with the criteria far a refinement plan <br />amendment.
