X43 <br />ORDINANCE No. o <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described unimproved street, to-wit: <br />The undeveloped right-of-way of hest 3oth. Avenue between Jefferson Street and <br />Washington Street, bounded by the north boundary of Morse Ranch Park and by <br />the alley right-of-way and Tax Lots 460o and 5100, Assessor's Map 1 S-03-o?-2 ~ , <br />excepting the east 14 feet of the west 3oth Avenue right-of-way adjacent to the <br />west side of Washington Street, the north boundary of Morse Ranch Park and the <br />south property line of Tax Lot 5100, as mare particularly described on Exhibit A <br />attaached hereto. ~Corlisslwhitlock, et al, 5V 95-1} <br />On the 12th day of July, 1995, -the City Council of the City of Eugene by Motion duly <br />passed, called a public hearing to be held at ?:30 p.m., Pacific Time an the 7th day of August, <br />1995, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Dregon, at which time and place protests <br />and remonsti,-a~aces could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above desctr~ed unimproved <br />street. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and place the Council <br />heard all objections to the proposed vacation. <br />All persons owning property abutting the street to be vacated have consented to the <br />vacation and applied for the same. <br />TBE CITY CF EUGENE DGES GRDAIN AS FGLLGWS: <br />n 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice of the <br />hearing was published and posted as by law required, and no valid objections were made at the <br />hearing or filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting property has been duly and regularly <br />flied in the proceedings and the public interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the <br />unimproved street. <br />Ordinance -1 <br />
