ORDINANCE N0. ~~ba(~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING TRAFFr C REGULATI ANS ; READAPTING <br />SECTI AN 5.405 OF THE EUGENE CODE , 1971; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY . <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 5.005 of the Eugene Code, 1971, i s hereby readopted , <br />to provide: <br />5.005 State Traffic Laws . The provi si ans of DRS Chapters 801, 802, 803, <br />805, 806, 807, 509, S10, 811, 813, $l4, ~$15, 816, 815, 819, 520, 821, <br />-~ 822, 823, and 153, i nc1 udi ng any amendments thereto by the Ore on Le i s1 ati ve <br />g g <br />Assembly, are hereby adopted, and violations thereof sha11 constitute an offense <br />against the city, <br />Section 2.
