Section 5. The territory in Lane County, Qregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on
<br />July 17,1995 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated
<br />August 29,1995, as bounded and described as follows:
<br />Tax Lot 1001, Assessor's Map 17-04-14 2 3, located in the northern portion
<br />of the River Road area, west of River Road, east of Bushnell Lane, and north
<br />of Maxwell Road, as mare particularly described an Exhibit E attached hereto

<br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road water District and River Road Parks ~
<br />Recreation District, effective July 1, 1994.

<br />dated November 1, 1995, as bounded and described as fallaws:
