G <br />AN QRDINANCE ACCEPTING JURISDICTIQN LIVER <br />CUUNTY RQAD AND PQRTIQNS THEREUF LQCATED <br />WITHIN THE CITY GF EUGENE. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds tha#: <br />A. Notice of the hearing was duly posted as required by SRS 373.270, and on March <br />8,1995 the Lane County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing, and by Final order No. <br />96-1-17-3 offered the surrender to the City of Eugene jurisdiction over County Roads and portions <br />thereof as described on Exhibit A thereto, which lies inside the corporate limits of the City. <br />NUW, THEREF(IRE, <br />THE CITY QF EUGENE DQES URDAIN AS F4LLUWS: <br />Section 1. Based upon the findings, which are hereby adopted, the City Council of the <br />City of Eugene accepts the transfer of jurisdiction aver the County Roads and portions thereof by <br />Lane County as set forth in Exhibit A to Final order No. 96-1-17-3. A copy of which is attached <br />as Exhibit A hereto. <br />Section 2, The City of Eugene shall have the same control, power and jurisdiction over <br />County Roads and portions thereof so transferred as it has over all other streets and alleys within the <br />City. <br />Section 3.
