ORDINANCE N0. a1pD <br />An Ordinance vacating a portion of the following described unimproved <br />Street, to wit: <br />The south 9.8Z feet of Bonni e vi ew Drive 1 ocated west of <br />Sarah Lane, north of Crescent Avenue; as more <br />particularly described i n Exhi bi t A attached hereto. <br />~ Fassbender , Sv 96-~ <br />on the 13th day of May, 1996, the City Caunci 1 of the City of Eugene by <br />Motion duly passed , cal 1 ed a publ i c hearing to be hel d at 7 : 3o p , m . , Paci f i c Ti me <br />on the 10th day of June, 1996, at the Counci 1 Chambers at City Ha11, Eugene, <br />Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to <br />the proposed vacation of the above-described unimproved street. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and <br />place the Caunci 1 heard all objections to the proposed vacation . <br />All persons owning property abutting the street to be vacated have <br />consented to the vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE ODES 4RDATN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and <br />regular notice of.the hearing was pub1fished and posted as by law required, and <br />no val i d ob jecti ans were made at the hearing or fi 1 ed. The consent of the owners <br />of the abutting property has been duly and regularly fi 1 ed i n the proceedings and <br />the public interest wi 11 nat be prejudiced by the vacation of the unimproved <br />street. <br />Section 2, The hearing was hey d on the loth day of June, 1996, at 7:30 <br />p.m. , Pacific Time, at the Counci 1 Chambers, City Hall , Eugene, Lane County, <br />Oregon, and all matters necessary to be done i n the premises have been duly and <br />regularly completed . <br />DRD I NANC E - 1 <br />
