Q <br />d <br />0 <br />~c <br />w~it~~~ s~~a~~M~~r <br />NO SGALE <br />The subject area is not presently , or in future need for public services. facilities, or utilities. <br />Existing 7' foot and ~D foot public utility easements exist on Oxbow 5ecand Addition and <br />Norlane Park to service the properties. <br />If it is requested that public Services, facilities. or utilities are need to run in the area of the <br />requested vacation area easements for such services would be granted. <br />Bonnie View is an unimproved right of way which on the westerly end of said right of way <br />ends against a ~5 foot pedestrian bike path, fire lane, and PLJE. The area of the requested <br />vacation does not interrupt access to said 15~ foot access way. Bonnie view is presently a <br />~o foot right of way. The request i5 for q.82 feet.
