Applicant: Lane Transit District The following findings of fact and conclusions of law are based upon testimony presented at the public hearing of August 23, 1995 and materials and documents submitted and made a part of the Planning Department file through the close of the record, DECISION DATE: September 1, 1995 '- APPEAL DEADLINE: September ll, 1995 .:.~ GoNCLUSION: The decision of July 14, 1994 as amended by the findings of July 25, 1994 granting approval of a conditional use permit for the LTD proposed transit station is amended with regard to Section "E Parking" of those findings. Subparagraphs 1, 2 and 3 of that Section are modified to read as follows: 1.
