Section 3. Section 6.050 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide: <br /> <br />6.050 Garbaqe and Debris - Disposition. An owner or person in charge of <br /> property shall dispose of perishable garbage before it becomes offensive <br /> promptly, but in any event at least bi-weekly; and not permit garbage to <br /> accumulate on or about the premises. All garbage shall be disposed of in a <br /> manner which does not create a nuisance and which is permitted by this <br /> chapter. Garbage may be disposed of by hauling or causing it to be hauled <br /> to [a ,-,orr, o,-,,~ ,~ .... ,~,~o;,-,,,o,,~,~ r,,, ,r,,~ ,-;*,,1 the appropriate solid waste <br /> disposal site permitted by the Oregon Department of Environmental <br /> Quality to receive such waste. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
