Should inconsistencies occur, the Metro Plan is the prevailing policy document. Lane Code Chapter 16 is applied in the area between the UGB and the <br /> Plan Bound~ to i~plement the Metro Plan. <br /> <br /> Adjustments to boundaries may occur in the future so that areas previously a part of one plan are <br /> covered under another plan.
