<br />09/27/05 <br /> <br />(22) Pedestrian Circulation On*site Adjustment. Where this land use code <br />provides that on-site pedestrian circulation may be adjusted, the <br />standards may be adjusted upon finding that, considering site <br />constraints or practical difficulties, the proposed design provides <br />adequate pedestrian connections: <br />(a) Between building entrances and streets or accesways; <br />(b) Between new and existing buildings on the development site, <br />including recreation and community facilities; <br />(c) From proposed Industrial, commercial and institutional uses to <br />adjacent parcels having similar existing or planned uses; <br />(d) To nearby transit stops, parks and other recreation facilities; and <br />(e) Between parking lots and main buildings. <br /> <br />@ <br /> <br />Section 57. Subsection (1) of Section 9.8055 of the Eugene Code. 1971, is amended to <br /> <br />provide: <br /> <br />9.8055 <br /> <br />@ <br /> <br />(j}) <br /> <br />Cluster Subdivision- Approval Criteria,. General. The planning director shall <br />approve, approve with conditions, or deny a proposed cluster subdivision. Approval <br />or approval with conditions shall be based on the following: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision complies with: <br />(a) EC 9.8515 Subdivision, Tentative Plan Approval Criteria- General <br />except for the standards related to EC 9.2760 Residential Zone Lot <br />Standards; <br />(b) EC 9.2750 Residential Zone Development Standards; <br />[(c) lEe 92000 throl;JQR R@9Hi regaroing lot dimensions, solar standards, <br />~:md dem~it}' requirements for the subject zone; <br />Cd) EC 9.6500 through EC 9.0510 Public Improvement Standards; ans <br />(e) EC 9.6800 through EC 9.6875 Streets, Alleys, and Other Publie \^Jays <br />Standards.] <br />With the exception of density requirements.[+Jthe residential [lot and] <br />development standards ofEC 9.2750 Residential Zone Development <br />Standards and EC 9.2751 Special DevelOlJment Standards for Table <br />9.2750 may be relaxed based on compliance with the remainder of the cluster <br />subdivision criteria. An [approved] exception or an adjustment to a <br />development standard [pursuant to the provisions beginning at EC 9.8015 of <br />this land use code] constitutes compliance with the standard. <br /> <br />Section 58. Subsection (8)(c) of Section 9.8090 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended <br /> <br />to provide: <br /> <br />9.8090 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit Approval Criteria - General.
