<br />Ms. Laurence offered the stafheport of the Downtown Zoning District Citizen Involvement Process.
<br />She referred to two posters on the wall entitled: Transit Orientation Development Overlay Zones 1.0 and
<br />2.0 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) and Downtown Vision Key Next Steps (Adopted by Council April 9, 2001).

<br />expanded website that would serve as a virtual public open house, in response from the council and the
<br />public.

<br />In response to a question from Ms. Levis regarding the City Council concern, Ms. Laurence said staff had
<br />presented information including tour specific issues at the September 12, City Council meeting.
