<br />In response to Mr. DuncadPMs. Muir said staff would forward his request to the City Council that
<br />analyses of the city's growth management policies accompany the draft ordinance, to help explain what
<br />the tradeoft's were in decisions related to the ordinance. Mr. Duncan added that although he had some
<br />reservations about the proposal, he would vote to support the motion. He also supported addressing the
<br />R-2 issue, but did not want to hold up this ordinance until the R~2 issue was resolved.
