The portion of Trainsong Park marked as "Park Closure Area"on Exhibit A to this <br />Administrative Order is hereby closed to entry by all persons other than law enforcement <br />personnel,authorized City employees,DEQ personnel,and persons with written authorization <br />from the Public Works Director,the Parks Maintenance Manager or DEQ officials,effective <br />immediately upon the signing of this Order and until further administrative action is taken to <br />reopen the Park. <br />2. <br />In addition to any other measures that may be implemented to restrict entry into the <br />closed portion of Trainsong Park,the City shall install fencing and shall post clearly visible signs <br />at the Park's entry points and on the fencing to advise the public that,pursuant to Administrative <br />Order of the Public Works Executive Director,a portion of Trainsong Park is closed and <br />unauthorized entry into the closed area of the Park is prohibited. <br />I Si <br />Dated and effective this <t day of April,2022. <br />3. <br />If2 <br />Matthew Rodrigues,Executive Director <br />Public Works Department <br />Administrative Order -Page 2 of 2
