<br />project, the riverbank trail system should be named the Ruth Bascom Riverbank Trail System. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br /> <br /> <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Based on the above findings, and in appreciation of the contributions noted <br /> <br />therein, the City's riverbank trail system, consisting of the West Bank Trail, East Bank Trail, North <br /> <br />Bank Trail, and South Bank Trail, is hereby named the Ruth Bascom Riverbank Trail System. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 2. Appropriate signs shall be posted identifying each individual trail as part of the <br /> <br />Ruth Bascom Riverbank Trail System. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Recorder is requested to forward a copy of this Resolution to -Ruth <br /> <br /> <br />Bascom. <br /> <br />Section 4.
