ATTACHMENT C <br /> <br />Current MUPTE Application <br />PUBLIC BENEFITS <br /> Location - core area 75 pts <br /> <br />Affordability. To receive a maximum benefit, the project shall dedicate over 50% of <br />the dwelling units, on site, to Iow-income housing during the period of exemption (Iow- <br />income housing is defined as housing which is affordable to families or persons <br />whose income is at or below 80% of the median income of families or persons in <br />Lane County, Oregon, as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing & <br />Urban Development or its successor). <br /> <br />50% or over of dwelling units, on site, are dedicated to Iow-income 35 pts <br />20% - 50% of dwelling units, on site, are dedicated to Iow-income 20 pts <br />10% - 20% of dwelling units, on site, are dedicated to Iow-income 10 pts <br />OTHER PUBLIC BENEFITS. <br />~ provide ADA accessible (as opposed to adaptable) "ready available" units 3 pts/unit <br /> <br />~ build at higher than minimum R-3 density requirements (20-56 units/acre) 5 pts <br />(For computation purposes, all eligible properties will be considered R-3) <br /> <br />~ build at over 20% higher than minimum R-3 density requirement 10 pts <br />(18 or more units) <br /> <br /> L:\CMO\2004 Council Agendas\M040421\S040421B.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
