ATTACHMENT F <br /> Responses to Questions Raised at the February 9, 2004 Public Hearing and Options for Motions <br /> <br />1) Councilor Kelly asked if the requirement that a project meet at least four of the design features <br />should be in the ordinance <br /> <br />Response: If this option is selected by Council it will be placed in both the administrative rules and the <br />application. <br /> <br />2) Councilor Kelly asked for an amendment to be placed in front of Council that included the <br />recommendations from the West University Neighbors. <br /> <br />Response: This is listed as option la. <br /> <br />3) Two councilors asked for language that would delete or expand the district.
