<br />Avenues, and the east-west alley between 13th and 14th Avenues from High Street to <br />Lincoln Street, <br /> <br />as more particularly depicted on the map attached as Exhibit A hereto, and to carry out all the duties <br />and responsibilities required of an applicant under ORS 285B.825 to 285B.848. <br /> <br />Section 2. A copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to recognized neighborhood <br />organizations within the area described in Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 3.
