<br />RESOLUTION NO. 4767 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDED SYSTEMS <br />DEVELOPMENT CHARGE METHODOLOGY FOR LOCAL <br />WASTEWATER SYSTEM AND AMENDING RESOLUTION <br />NOS. 4740 AND 4748. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> <br />A. On September 23,2002, the System Development Charges (SDC) Methodologies <br />were adopted by Resolution No. 4740. <br /> <br />B. On January 27,2003, the SDC Methodologies were amended in part by Resolution <br />No. 4748. Resolution No. 4740 remains in effect except as amended by Resolution No. 4748. <br /> <br />C. Amendments to the SDC Methodology for Local Wastewater are needed in order to <br />adopt additional user categories. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the above findings, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Systems Development Charge Methodology for Local Wastewater is <br />amended by revising Table 7, the Local Wastewater Plumbing Fixture Unit Rates, as shown on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> <br />Section 2. Resolution Nos. 4740 and 4748, are hereby amended as described in Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Recorder is requested to append a copy ofthis Resolution to Resolution <br />Nos. 4740 and 4748. <br /> <br />Section 4.
