This area includes a watershed for the
areas/lots on the east and north ends of the property. The new creek carries large volumes of water previously
carried by the old creek that is almost nonexistent. The old creek maintains 0 grass bottom year round, although it
still gets muddy. The area marked on the map for Goal 5 will also protect the large trees that offer some wildlife
habitat. The area designated for Goal 5 on this map is extensive, and any increase will impinge on the building lots
currently under construction (excavation permits are currently active). Any increase in the Goal 5 limitations will
greatly diminish the economic value of this land.

Currently all sewer water and electrical lines have been installed to the designated lots as has the road to the
south properties.

You are invited to meet with me to verify the measurements. We look forward to your response as soon as possible
regarding this property. Thank you very much.

Stan F. Baird
Marilyn L.
