Beyerlein, M.D. <br /> <br />ACCOUNT NUMBER 1467792 <br />SITUS ADDRESS: 4084 Spring Knoll Dr., Eugene, OR 97405 <br /> <br />PROP: 101 <br />TeA: 00400 <br />MAP: 1803 16 20 q0909 <br /> <br />Specific Area Requested for removal from Goal 5 Inventory: <br />Uppermost upland aspect ofE37 Ql affecting Prop 101, TCA 00400, <br />(4084 Spring Knoll Dr.) <br />Please see ~nclosed Map 1. and Map 2 (magnification of Map 1) <br />Located with the following areas boundaries: <br />Western Border: Wendell Lane <br />Eastern Border: Approximately 200 feet east of Spring Knoll Drive <br />Northern Border: Southeast comer of Prop 101, TCA 00400 (4084 Spring Knoll Dr.) <br />Southern Border: Northeast comer of 4096 Spring Knoll Dr. <br />Specifically affecting the southeast comer of the above property as upland Wildlife <br />Habitat Designated for protection. <br /> <br />Criteria for request: Failure to meet Tier I Analysis, and meeting Tier II, criteria 1 for <br />removal from Goal 5 inventory. <br /> <br />Brief Background: The property 101, TCA 00400, MAP 18 03 16 20 00909 was <br />purchased by the current owners Lori and Richard Beyerlein in 1994. Prior to this <br />purchase there had been extensive logging, clearing of the land and placement of <br />extended landfill. With the exception of three trees, currently existing, there was no <br />natural vegetation in existence. After purchasing, the landfill was compacted and <br />terraced. The steep bare hillside was seeded with rye grass, and the southeast comer is <br />currently overgrown with infiltrating Armenian blackberries. The ESEE report confirms <br />extensive logging, and extensive fill of this property, and the Armenian blackberries <br />infiltrating. Currently there is an impervious street upland (Spring Knoll Drive) to the <br />east, and at the b~ of the upland area E37 Ql requested for removal (Wendell Lane) to <br />the west.
