170 Community Development Fund <br />Capital Carryover Reconciliation: <br />e) Reconcile the Capital Carryover estimate by decreasing the <br />capital carryover by $44,130 and increasing Balance Available by the same amount. <br />BEDI Grant and HUD 108 Loan Revenues: <br />f) Rebudget $685,000 of BEDI grant revenues and <br />$2,705,930 of HUD 108 loan revenues, and increase intergovernmental expenditures by $3,390,930. <br />These transactions fund the July 2008 purchase of the Washburne and the City Centre Court <br />buildings by the URA. <br />
