Each individual business is limited to <br />5,000 square feet of floor area in new buildings. Individual businesses shall <br />be permitted to occupy up to 10,000 square feet of floor area on development <br />sites that have a floor area ratio (FAR) of at least .65. <br /> <br />Section 4. For purposes of this subsection, front yard <br />setback may be measured from a public street or from the edge of the <br />sidewalk furthest from the curb of an internal accessway, private drive, or <br />shopping street.
