As of the effective date of this Order, the following is Administrative Rule R-7.302 <br />which includes the Utility Construction and Use of the Right-of-Way Policies and Procedures <br />Manual attached as Exhibit A: <br /> <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION WITHIN AND USE OF THE PUBLIC WAY <br />ADMINISTRATIVE RULE R-7.302 <br /> <br /> <br />R-7.302 Construction Within and Use of the Public Way - Policy. <br /> <br />In order to create attractive and healthy neighborhood environments and protect the <br />public’s right for the safe and unobstructed use of the public way, people or entities wishing to <br />perform work or construction in, or to use, the public way shall first obtain a written permit and <br />shall conform with the standards and procedures provided for in the provisions, specifications, and <br />conditions contained within the Utility Construction and Use of the Right-of-Way Policies and <br />Procedures Manual, attached hereto as Exhibit A and adopted herein. References in other <br />documents to the manual entitled “Utility and Right-of-Way Permits, Construction Within and <br />Use of the Public Way, Policies and Procedures” are outdated references and shall be interpreted <br />as references to the Utility Construction and Use of the Right-of-Way Policies and Procedures <br />Manual. <br /> DJ <br />DJ Dated and effective this 28 day of July, 2022. <br /> MR  <br />  <br />Sarah Medary <br />City Manager
