<br />Mayor: <br />The Eugene City Council will now meet in Executive <br />Session to consult with legal counsel and to consider records <br />that are exempt from disclosure under the Public Records Law, <br />including written advice from the City Attorney. The Executive <br /> <br />Session is held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h). <br /> <br />Representatives of the news media and designated staff shall be <br />allowed to attend the executive session. All other members of <br />the audience are asked to leave the room. Representatives of <br />the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of <br />the deliberations during the executive session, except to state <br />the general subject of the session as previously announced. No <br />decision may be made in executive session. PUBLIC FORUM <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor: <br />The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the <br />City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have <br />already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Each person will have three minutes to speak. Please give your name and <br />address when you come to the podium. The timer and lights indicate the time <br />you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to <br />complete your comments.
