There is a "feel", <br />a quality, present here that can only be preserved by maintaining the character and <br />style of the current homes here. Not only would the development of inexpensive <br />multiunit housing not alleviate the sprawl concerns for the rest of the city but it <br />would completely change and destroy the quiet community spirit present here and <br />the reason why I and so many of my neighbors have chosen to buy and live in this <br />wonderful neighborhood. <br /> <br />I urge you to consider and adapt the standards set forth by CAFHN and others to <br />keep our neighborhood livable. <br /> <br />Thank you, <br /> <br />Dale Mostkoff <br />867 Almaden St. <br />Eugene, OR 97402 <br /> <br />11/712005 <br />
