Subsection (4) of Section 9.8865 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by adding a new subparagraph (g) thereto, and relettering the current subparagraphs (g) through (p) to (h) through (q), to provide: 9.8865 Zone Change Approval Criteria. (kl) EC 9.3805 S-RN Royal Node Special Area Zone Siting Requirements. (lm) EC 9.3905 S-W Whiteaker Special Area Zone Siting Requirements.
