This guide has been <br />produced to help citizens, neighbors, and city officials better understand <br />the ETN and the particular characteristics that make it appealing to <br />residents today. It attempts to articulate how those qualities can be <br />preserved as the neighborhood continues to grow through infill and <br />redevelopment. The material for this guide has been collected during <br />public meetings, focus groups, from materials produced by neighbors, <br />and materials produced by the Chambers Reconsidered TGM City of <br />Eugene staff and project consultants. <br /> <br />Version dated: June 30, 2005 <br /> <br />This project is funded by a grant from the <br />Transportation and Growth Management (TGM) <br />Program, a joint program of the Oregon Department <br />of Transportation and the Oregon Department of Land <br />Conservation and Development. <br /> <br />The TGM program relies on funding from the federal <br />Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act and <br />the Oregon Lottery.
