<br />NO.1 <br /> <br />10/18/05 <br /> <br />signs shall be constructed in a manner that involves the least removal of <br />native vegetation practicable. Signs shall be no more than 5 feet tall, and <br />16 square feet per face in surface area, except for signs intended to be <br />read from moving automobiles, such as site entrance signs, which shall <br />be no more than 8 feet tall and 32 square feet per face in surface area. <br />Kiosks shall be no more than 8 feet tall and 16 square feet per face in <br />surface area. The number of signs shall be the minimum necessary to <br />accomplish project objectives. <br /> <br />Section 7. The portion of sentence preceding the colon in Subsection (1) of Section <br /> <br />9.6885 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide: <br /> <br />9.6885 <br /> <br />Tree Preservation and Removal Standards. <br />(1) Exemption from Standards. The standards in this section do not apply to <br />activities regulated under EC 9.4900 through 9.4980, or an application for <br />development activity that includes or will result in: <br /> <br />Section 9. Subsection (1) of Section 9.7025 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by <br /> <br />adding a new subparagraph (f) thereto, to provide: <br /> <br />9.7025 <br /> <br />Performance Aareements. <br />(1) Applicability. The city shall require execution of a performance agreement <br />by the applicant for all of the following types of applications: <br />(a) Conditional use permit and any modifications. <br />(b) Historic property alteration and any modifications. <br />(c) Planned unit development, final plan and any modifications. <br />(d) Site review and any modifications. <br />(e) Subdivisions final plat and any modifications. <br />(f) Standards review and any modifications. <br /> <br />Section 10. Table 9.7055 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by adding entries for <br /> <br />"/WR Water Resources Conservation Overlay Zone" in alphabetical order therein to provide: <br /> <br />9.7055 <br /> <br />Applications and Review Authorities.
