<br />Exhibit E to Ordinance No. [1] <br /> <br />Legislative Findings <br /> <br />This exhibit, fully reproduced here, is the same as it appeared in the City Council's September <br />21,2005 packet at pages 610 - 622, except as follows: <br /> <br />The legislative findings for Ordinance No. [1] previously included a fairly detailed description of <br />the adjustments possible under EC 9.8030(21). Since the Council will be considering several <br />motions which could change the criteria for those adjustments, the findings have been revised to <br />include a more general description of the adjustments which will be accurate regardless of which <br />motions pass, if any. <br />
