This area can be incorporated into <br />current enforcement zones as it is adjacent to other regulated parking areas. <br />ii.Prohibiting parking on portions of the street and establishing time limited parking zones <br />creates turnover for use of the park. <br />(11)The availability of other parking spaces. <br />i.Parking is available on adjacent private property. <br />ii.Vehicle parking will remain available without restriction on the east side of the street <br />segment. <br />iii.Time-limited parking will create vehicle turnover on the street. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: Parking on Monroe Street adjacent to Monroe Park <br />as shown in Exhibit A to this Order shall be modified to two-hour public parking between 7:00 <br />a.m. and 11 :00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, and only in the green areas shown in Exhibit A.
