45 <br />SECTION C. -- PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br /> <br />I. Performance Standards <br /> <br />a. Commercial Aeronautical Operators are to provide high quality customer service by <br />meeting or exceeding Airport customer needs through consistent, responsive, reliable, and <br />professional service at a competitive price. <br /> <br />b. Commercial Aeronautical Operators are to employ the necessary number of trained staff, <br />on-duty management, and supervisors to provide for the efficient, safe, timely, and orderly <br />operation of its business. <br /> <br />c. Commercial Aeronautical Operators are to control the conduct and demeanor of their <br />personnel, agents, subcontractors, and subtenants, as well as conduct their business <br />operations in a safe, orderly, efficient, and proper manner so as not to unreasonably <br />disturb, endanger, or harass any Airport customers, Tenants, visitors, or other operators in <br />accordance with the respectful workplace policy adopted by the City. <br /> <br />d. All personnel employed by a Commercial Aeronautical Operator to perform duties on the <br />Airport are required to be appropriately dressed and identifiable while on duty and to wear <br />Airport issued identification media conspicuously visible between the waist and shoulders, <br />as may be required by regulation or directive of the Airport. The business name shall be <br />included in the means of identification on each person whose job responsibilities include <br />regular interaction with Airport customers. <br /> <br />e. Products, services, and facilities shall be provided on a reasonable, and not unjustly <br />discriminatory, basis to all Airport users. <br /> <br />f. Commercial Aeronautical Operators shall charge reasonable, and not unjustly <br />discriminatory, prices for each product, service, or facility. <br /> <br />g. Commercial Aeronautical Operators may provide reasonable discounts, rebates, or other <br />similar types of price reductions to volume purchasers. <br /> <br />h. Commercial Aeronautical Operators must submit a schedule of pricing to the City as <br />requested. In addition to identifying the pricing for the Commercial Aeronautical Operator’s <br />products, services, and facilities, the schedule shall identify any discounts, rebates, or other <br />similar types of price reductions offered by Commercial Aeronautical Operator. <br /> <br />i. A Commercial Aeronautical Operator must post its schedule of pricing in a prominent place <br />readily accessible and/or visible to the general public. <br /> <br />II. Compliance with Federal, State and Local Requirements <br /> <br />a. Commercial Aeronautical Operators must comply with all federal, state, and local <br />requirements applicable to their operations. <br /> <br />b. Commercial Aeronautical Operators must conduct all activities so as to allow the City to <br />remain in compliance with all federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, regulations, <br />orders, policies, and Airport Grant Assurances applicable to the City in the operation, <br />maintenance, and development of the Airport. <br /> <br />c. Commercial Aeronautical Operators must comply with the rules imposed by the City <br />applicable to conduct on the Airport, including without limitation Subdivision I and <br />Subdivision II of the Rules and Standards. <br /> <br />d. Without limitation of the foregoing, Commercial Aeronautical Operators must comply with <br />the following requirements:
