Licensee’s low-income service rate plan enrollment rates; <br /> <br />f. Community engagement efforts by licensee; <br /> <br />g. Licensee’s efforts toward providing equitable service; and <br /> <br />h. Whether the licensee has received a warning or a penalty from the City within <br />the three-month period prior to the increase. <br /> <br />(4) Termination of Services. <br /> <br />A licensee shall provide the City with written notice at least 21 days in advance of ceasing to <br />operate its shared micromobility service.
